Good morning has an authentic flavour
At AMY, we prepare breakfast leisurely every morning, adapting it to our guests' preferences, choosing between sweet and savory options.
The smell of homemade cakes often accompanies the awakening: apple pie, yogurt cake, or jam tarts, along with yogurt, fruit, and cookies.
Alongside more traditional flavors, we also offer simple, natural ingredients like oat flakes, chia seeds, or flax seeds, to be enjoyed with yogurt and fruit. For those who prefer savory fare, we prepare eggs and fresh bread.
We also offer small local products, such as desserts made with Rice of Vercelli flour and Krumiri di Casale, while coffee is prepared with a moka pot, along with cappuccino, plant-based milk, barley milk, or decaf.
Our idea is simple: fewer industrial products and more fresh preparations, for a leisurely start to the day in the rice fields of Vercelli.

The breakfast room is a space designed to be enjoyed in complete freedom, even beyond the morning.
It's your relaxing corner, always accessible and equipped with every comfort: minibar, coffee machine, kettle, and dishes.
Here, you can treat yourself to a regenerating break or savor your favorite dishes at any time of day, surrounded by an intimate atmosphere that will make you feel welcome and independent.
